Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Scan and verify products using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification
- Reliable transportation to Northside Jacksonville facility
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
