Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) following OSHA standards
- Perform quality control checks and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain organized storage areas and efficient workflow
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet nightly production targets
- Document all activities in warehouse management systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/picker-packer experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner familiarity
- Reliable transportation for night shift (6 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Flexibility for mandatory overtime during peak seasons
- Pass background check and drug screening
