Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks daily
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while maintaining FIFO protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workstations following 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/picker-packer experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Valid pallet jack certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
