Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock areas
- Meet/exceed productivity targets in a time-sensitive environment
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain 5S standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy
