Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Meet/exceed productivity metrics during extended overtime shifts
- Inspect packaging materials for quality assurance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic RF scanner operation knowledge (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible availability for day/night shifts + weekend overtime
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check
