Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and supply shortages
- Assist with inventory counts and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Stamina to stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
