Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts, audits, and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly productivity targets
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
