- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using digital inventory systems
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for real-time order updates
- Operate barcode scanners and packing equipment remotely
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Maintain detailed activity logs in company software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/picker packer experience preferred
- Proficient with digital inventory management tools
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
