Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report defects to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory in designated storage zones
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete necessary paperwork and digital documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to North San Diego facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Weekend availability (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM shifts)
