Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform quality checks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Document work activities and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
