Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate manual and powered material handling equipment safely.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing delivery trucks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse management regarding discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a picker packer or similar warehouse role is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory and order processing.
- Reliable transportation to the New York facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
