Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications and company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety regulations
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Scan and label packages for shipment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills for warehouse management systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license required for operating warehouse vehicles
- Must pass background check and drug screening
