Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Optimize order fulfillment to meet/exceed productivity metrics
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
