Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across multiple carriers and transportation modes
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent deliveries
- Collaborate with customs brokers and international partners for cross-border shipments
- Maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and industry regulations
- Analyze logistics data to optimize shipping costs and efficiency
- Act as primary point of contact for customers and vendors regarding shipment status
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure situations
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
