Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, rail, and ground carriers
- Manage inventory control and warehouse documentation
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customs clearance issues
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Collaborate with sales teams on delivery timelines
- Maintain compliance with DOT/FAA regulations
- Track shipments using TMS software (SAP preferred)
Qualifications
- 3+ years shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under deadlines
- DOT Hazmat certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field
