Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments through LTL, FTL, and air freight carriers
- Manage inventory control systems and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams for integrated logistics
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with direct carrier management experience
- Proficiency in WMS and TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency for reporting
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- HTS/HTS classification knowledge for international shipments
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean MVR record
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends during peak seasons
