Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments using TMS/WMS systems
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, invoices)
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays proactively
- Optimize freight routes to reduce costs/delivery times
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment databases
- Ensure compliance with DOT/FAA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset for shipment disruptions
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Valid driver's license
