Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for import/export processes
- Track and trace shipments using WMS and TMS systems
- Resolve shipping delays and transportation issues proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Maintain accurate shipment records and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
