Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground freight
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, customs forms, and compliance paperwork
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Optimize routing to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory staging and loading
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and customs regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in freight coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with TMS software and shipment tracking tools
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS 2020 and customs documentation
- Strong analytical skills for cost optimization
- OSHA certification preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
