Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground carriers
- Prepare and manage customs documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, certificates)
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays proactively
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients for seamless logistics
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping databases
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and ensure on-time delivery
- Comply with DOT/FMC regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with precision
- Relevant certification (CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- High school diploma; degree in supply chain a plus
