Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments across air, sea, and ground carriers
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation systems
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Liaise with customs brokers and regulatory agencies for compliance
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and provide real-time status updates
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams for integrated operations
- Analyze shipping data to identify process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- Valid California driver's license and clean record
- Spanish bilingual preferred for international operations
