Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using TMS systems
- Manage documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve transit issues
- Collaborate with carriers and warehouse teams
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and delivery times
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shipping records
- Ensure compliance with DOT and international regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years shipping/logistics coordination experience
- Proficient in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS and customs procedures
- High school diploma; supply chain certification a plus
