Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all inbound/outbound shipments, including documentation, carrier selection, and tracking
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate warehouse records using WMS systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and communicate with carriers/customers to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to synchronize shipping schedules
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
- Comply with international shipping regulations and customs documentation requirements
- Prepare shipping reports and maintain detailed shipment logs for audit purposes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics role
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and shipping platforms
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, hazmat regulations, and export compliance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in high-pressure situations
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
