Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store inventory in our state-of-the-art facility
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for same-day shipping
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and conduct regular inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
