Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to strict quality standards
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely and accurately
- Manage inventory counts and maintain real-time stock records using WMS systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Process incoming shipments and organize stock in designated zones
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
