Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Perform inventory counts, audits, and cycle counting to maintain accuracy
- Load/unload trucks, organize storage areas, and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
