Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Flexibility to work evenings/nights and occasional weekends
