Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory in designated zones
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
