Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage inventory using RF scanners
- Load/unload shipments with forklifts and pallet jacks
- Pick and pack orders for same-day shipping
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones per OSHA standards
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory audits
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation to industrial South Seattle
- Availability for 8-hour shifts (6 AM - 4 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
