Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and sort inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety standards
- Assist with quality control checks and packaging operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
