Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipping
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to Seaport District location
