Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in racking systems with WMS software
- Conduct quality control checks and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 12-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to our South Boston facility
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- No prior warehouse experience required - training provided!
