Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain inventory counts and organize stock zones
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions to shift supervisor
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Park location
- Willingness to work weekends consistently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
