Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Complete documentation and reporting tasks using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
- Ability to work overtime shifts as required
