Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming inventory with 99% accuracy
- Optimize order picking/packing workflows to meet daily targets
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse automation systems
- Maintain 5S compliance in storage zones and staging areas
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shipping operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for yard operations
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required
