Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle inbound/outbound inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to our DC facility
