Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment according to priority schedules
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Support seasonal peak demands through extended overtime hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation to our industrial facility
