Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Perform inventory management and cycle counting with RF scanners
- Maintain warehouse safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Pack and label products according to specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory tracking experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
