Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy to meet daily targets.Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain organized stock rotation and FIFO compliance to minimize waste.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and report hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours daily.
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
