Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Sort, organize, and track inventory with barcode scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, safe work environment per OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in mandatory overtime shifts
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Stable transportation to North Atlanta location
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
- Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment background check
