Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Inspect and prepare inventory for storage and distribution
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
