Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Manage inventory with WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Pick/pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for e-commerce and B2B clients
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics coordination
- Operate automated sorting systems and conveyor belts
- Train new staff on safety protocols and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management and shipping documentation
