Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper training
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
