Responsibilities
- Oversee 10+ person night shift team in high-volume warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless handovers
- Train staff on new equipment and warehouse management systems
- Monitor productivity metrics and implement corrective actions
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in climate-controlled environment
- Valid California driver's license (required for site inspections)
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends during peak seasons
