Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Sort, organize, and label inventory according to company protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided for all machinery)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive location
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
