Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle inventory receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation systems
- Perform quality control checks and report inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support weekend inventory counts and cycle counting initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with overtime flexibility
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
