Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately pick and pack orders with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Prepare shipments for timely dispatch
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy (barcode scanning experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Park location
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts available)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
