Responsibilities
- Unloading and sorting incoming inventory with precision
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders according to quality standards
- Operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Performing inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays
- Reliable transportation to Kolb Rd facility
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
