Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (with certification)
- Manage inventory through accurate cycle counts and stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Support quality control processes for outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
