Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack products efficiently to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock management
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Basic math and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Reliable transportation to the Dyer Road facility
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid state ID or driver's license
